August 19	The Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association is presenting a symposium/workshop: Biosolids Design-Build-Operate Procurement Issues. This is being held at the Sheraton International Hotel at BWI Airport, Linthicum Heights, MD on Tuesday, August 19, 2003, all day. Presentations by 10 experts on the issue, from all angles -- public, private and consultant -- will be given in a format that invites alot of interaction and networking. Lunch will be served. All this for a low price of $70 for individuals who are with a MABA members organization and $85 for all others. And, the MABA Board invites everyone to attend its meeting preceeding the symposium.
